your flight will be around 24-30hours. It depends on who you fly with and their connenctions…look up a website like http://www.expedia.co.uk and look at flight times. You can break up you flight with a stopoever which is quite good. References :
Fly AirNZ London to LA or Hong Kong and then Auckland, or Singapore Air (SIA) to Singapore then Auckland or Christchurch. SIA is Air NZ’s major partner. NZ and Singapore have a very close relationship.
Actual flight time is about 25 hours but you have to stopover for at least an hour, the direct non-stop to LONDON was canned a few years ago.
